What I do...
Good emotional health is vitally important be that personally or in the world of work. The stats are astonishing, 1 in 4 people deal with a challenge to their mental health, 91 million working days lost per year, total cost of mental health (to England alone) £105 billion. Depression is the leading cause of ill health and disability worldwide. I could go on but you get the idea. However, people are fearful to disclose a condition whilst family, friends and managers feel ill-equipped to start and maintain the dialogue necessary to provide support – which is where you come in.
In most organisations there will be pockets of good practice, maybe a policy but rarely a holistic, structured approach to emotional wellbeing. You can make that happen and I can help you along the way. I provide support from cradle to grave. From helping people start useful conversations to mediating when relationships have broken down and of course all the different stages in between.
